- Name, email address, phone number — when you submit our contact or booking form
- Property address — when you request an inspection
- Any additional information you include in the message field

- Pages visited, time on site, referral source — via Google Analytics 4
- Approximate location (country/region level) — via Google Analytics 4
- Device type, browser type — via Google Analytics 4
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry or booking request
- To deliver the inspection service you have requested
- To send you the completed inspection report
- To understand how our website is used and improve it (analytics only)
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

- Contract performance — when processing is necessary to deliver the inspection service you have requested
- Legitimate interests — for website analytics, to understand and improve our service
- Consent — for non-essential cookies (Google Analytics), which you can withdraw at any time

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Formspree (formspree.io) — processes contact form submissions. Their privacy policy applies.
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. Data is anonymised and processed by Google LLC. Google's privacy policy applies.
- Hostinger — website hosting. Your data passes through their servers. Hostinger's privacy policy applies.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties.
6. Data retention
- Contact form submissions — retained for up to 12 months, then deleted
- Inspection reports — retained for up to 3 years as business records
- Analytics data — retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months)
